  We had the $6.00 cheese deal tonight at around 5.00pm. The ground beef patty was like sawdust. Overlooked and very dry. The fries were good as was the sundae. Sure did not taste like the brazer burger we used to really enjoy. I always said the DQ had the best burger. Now it's the worse one.

  Went to get an ice cream cake. They refused to do bubble letters, or even draw balloons on the cake! The lady decorating the cakes was super rude and did a bad job writing on it. They tried to charge us an extra $7 for gel icing. We've bought cakes before and this was never an issue. What the hell happened? The lady decorating the cakes needs a lesson on dealing with the public. She ruined my day, and my birthday (yes the cake was for me!)

  Food is always amazing. No complaints. The staff are very friendly and very apologetic if there is the slightest thing wrong with your order. Ice cream is smooth and delicious. The managers are nice and the male manager that was working that night is very outgoing.
