  We have been waiting over an hour and a half for order that was suppose to take 40 mins to be delivered. We have been calling the restaurant for 15 mins and they will not answer the phone. The 1 800 number is no longer in service.
  Do you know what customer service means? This will be the last time we order from KFC!
  
  Update
  They called us fours hours after we placed our order online. The person my husband was talking to was clearly making s**t up as they talking. They said delivery stopped two weeks ago. Why not update your website to reflect that? Why did we get a confirmation email and number if there is no delivery? Why is a manager or supervisor not checking the computer system to see if orders are coming in and contract customers to apologize for the error?
  They also had a b.s. story about the phone needing Wi-Fi to function probably. The phone would ring and then hang up. It took fours hours to figure this out.
  I have filed a complaint with the head office because this situation is beyond ridiculous.

  You know what to expect when you go here, however the overall restaurant atmosphere is greatly diminished compared to other KFC's. Service is slow and employees seem malcontent.
