  It saddens me when I see a review that is overly negative. My family and I have consistently had wonderful service and the food has always been great regardless of which Swiss Chalet we go to. I do realize that when the restaurant is full that service will be slower simply because of the number of meals to serve so I don't expect my food as quickly at those times. Thank you for great service and great food.

  It's Swiss Chalet, they have good chicken, and that's their thing. If you want a good steak, you probably won't find it here. They just launched crispy chicken as well, which I highly recommend.

  Food is always over or under cooked, staff either ignores you or is rude when speaking to you.
  Also the online ordering never works as well.
  I will no longer be supporting the New Minas location.

  It was almost a perfect experience. The waiter gave me a hug but I felt like he didn't linger long enough. There's a difference between a squeeze and a hug my friend. A BIG difference. -2 points

  We were told upon arrival that there would be a 2.5 hour wait for chicken we were not told the food would be cold
  I used to work at this location took a lot when I worked there from inside workers, not being trained properly, I was let go and Mr. Graves told me I was a little spit fire at that time because I wanted to receive my separation pay
  Went for supper one night with my sister and niece my niece asked our waitress if the front page was what they had on special and the waitress said to her that if it wasn't it wouldn't be on the front page (rude)
  Went for supper there again with my daughter and had a great experience
  Went again with my sister and niece tonight I was served salad and had it gone way before I had my drink. My fries was touching the server top that was dirty and I refused to eat them my wings were cold, my daughters fries were cold and the same as the other food
  I knew people there and they said there food was not good as well
  Asked to speak with Mr. Graves and was told that he would not be coming to the table because he knew who was there was told he left which I seen him not 5 min. prior to asking for him
  we were told that we cause trouble every time we go into the restaurant
  You would think if your paying $20 for a meal it would at least be warm
